32 Paths privacy policy

Effective October 3, 2026. This policy covers the 32 Paths app and this website.

32 Paths does not collect your data. There is no analytics, no advertising, no behavioral tracking and no third-party software development kit in the app. Nobody working on 32 Paths can see what you enter.

Where your information is kept

Everything you enter is stored on your iPhone, inside the app's own storage. 32 Paths has no server and no account, and it does not copy your information to iCloud. The Home Screen widget reads only the title of your next lesson, which the app saves on the same iPhone.

What is stored

32 Paths keeps the answers you give at setup (your birth date, whether you were born before or after sunset, where your lessons start, which Torah portion schedule you follow and your reminder time), which lessons you have finished, and the notes you write. Your birth date is used only to work out your Hebrew month on the device. The "Hear it" button uses your iPhone's built-in voice, and the daily reminder is a notification your iPhone schedules for itself. Tapping a Sefaria, Hebcal or support link opens that site in your browser, and that site's own policy applies there. The app is written for adults and has no content or accounts for children.

Payment

Purchases are handled by Apple. 32 Paths never sees your payment details. The app uses verified purchase records to check subscription access.

Deleting everything

Settings in 32 Paths has a "Delete all data" control that removes your notes, the record of the lessons you have read, your setup answers, your birth date and your reminder from this iPhone. All Paths stays with your Apple Account. Deleting the app also removes its local data.

Who is responsible

The controller of any personal data described here is Joao Vitor Humenhuk Achutti, a sole trader, 38 Allenby Street, Tel Aviv-Jaffa 6332512, Israel. You can ask what is held, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or complain, by writing to 32paths@humenhuk.com. You can also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or to the data protection authority where you live.
