These terms cover your use of the 32 Paths app, published by Joao Vitor Humenhuk Achutti, a sole trader, 38 Allenby Street, Tel Aviv-Jaffa 6332512, Israel.
32 Paths is a course in Kabbalah drawn from classic Jewish sources, with original translations. It is study material, a guided start that reads best alongside a teacher and the books themselves. It is not religious or legal ruling, counseling, medical advice or a way of telling the future, and its month profiles describe teachings about the months, not the people born in them.
Foundations, the Tree, every path's reference page, the months, the glossary and the Omer count are free with no time limit. All Paths opens every lesson on the sefirot and the letters, the weekly Zohar readings, the monthly lessons, the daily Omer reflections and the festival lessons. All Paths is sold as a yearly or monthly subscription.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in Settings on your device. Where a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial.
New lessons beyond the free course close again. Every lesson you have already read stays readable, and your notes and progress stay on your iPhone.
What you put into 32 Paths is yours. It is stored on your device. The publisher claims no rights over it and does not hold a copy.
Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store. Write to 32paths@humenhuk.com if something has gone wrong and we will help where we can.
32 Paths is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, liability is limited to the amount you have paid for 32 Paths in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
