If Kabbalah is new to you, start with Foundations, seven short free lessons on what Kabbalah is, how its books fit together and how people study it. If you have read before, choose "Read a little" or "Studied for years" at setup and your lessons begin at Keter, the first path. You can change this later in Settings under "Lessons start at".
The Hebrew day begins at sunset, so someone born in the evening belongs to the next Hebrew date, and near the end of a month that can be the next month. Open Settings, check "Birth date" and set "Time of birth" to before or after sunset. If you chose "Not sure" at setup, 32 Paths used the date as it is.
In some weeks of the year Israel and the rest of the world read different portions. 32 Paths starts with the schedule for your iPhone's region. You can change it in Settings under "Torah portions".
Every Hebrew and Aramaic passage comes from the library at Sefaria, and the English translations were written for 32 Paths. Each source card links to the full passage on Sefaria. The Torah portion schedule comes from Hebcal. 32 Paths is a guided start, and it reads best alongside a teacher and the books themselves.
Open Settings in 32 Paths and check that "Daily reminder" is on. If 32 Paths says notifications are off, tap "Allow notifications in Settings" and turn them on for 32 Paths.
The "Hear it" button uses your iPhone's own Hebrew voice. If the button is missing, your iPhone has no Hebrew voice installed. You can add one in your iPhone's Settings under Accessibility, then Spoken Content, then Voices.
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select All Paths to manage or cancel it. When a subscription ends, Foundations and the rest of the free course stay open, every lesson you have already read stays readable, and your notes and progress stay where they are.
In 32 Paths, open Settings and tap "Delete all data". Read the confirmation before continuing. Deletion cannot be undone.
